Shipping & Handling:
I charge $2 for one item of jewelry, with an additional dollar for every item added to the order (e.g. 3 items would cost $4) If the item(s) is larger or heavier than average, I will charge more. If you are confused about the total I tell you, go ahead and ask. If you do not ask, I probably will not explain my shipping policy since it can be found here.
Problems:
If you have a problem with a piece of jewelry, please let me know. I cannot and will not do anything about the effects of normal wear on a piece of jewelry. If there is a serious malfunction I may be able to replace or exchange the item, but you will have to pay for shipping (sorry!). Many times the problem may be something you can fix yourself with a pair of pliers or etc. and I can tell you how to do that.
Mailing:
Once you order your jewelry, I will not mail it until I get the payment. I will mail it as soon as possible, but as I live very rurally, I cannot get items mailed very easily. Please be patient with me, and I will do my best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
Reserving jewelry:
I will only set aside jewelry for two weeks. Unless you communicate with me, I will assume you do not want it and I will sell it to someone else.
